Christina Kent

As Director of Operations, Christina manages all aspects of administration, and the day to day running of Perpetuity Training Academy and HR for the wider Linx International Group.

Christina is based at Perpetuity’s office in Leicestershire.

Ken Livingstone MSc FSyI

Ken joined Perpetuity in December 2002 as Managing Director of Perpetuity Training Ltd. Prior to joining Perpetuity, Ken served as an officer in the Royal Military Police before gaining an MSc in Security Management and Information Technology at the University of Leicester.  He later led the Scarman Centre degree courses in security management at Leicester University, before leaving to direct the security management courses at Loughborough University.  After a period of time he returned to the Scarman Centre as Assistant Director, before taking the Managing Director position at Perpetuity.

Ken is also a Fellow and Board Member of the Security Institute (SyI), and an advisor to a number of universities in the UK.

David Gill MSc CSyP FSyI

David formed Linx International Ltd in 1987 following a successful career in the Police service. Linx International provides security advisory services to a wide range of organisations. David’s particular expertise is in Crisis Management (Planning & Response) and investigations of malpractice and criminality in the workplace.

David is a Fellow and former Vice Chairman of the Security Institute. He is the Registrar of the UK’s Register of Chartered Security Professionals and was one of the first ten Chartered Security Professionals to be admitted to the Register. David has lectured on a variety of security disciplines at leading universities. As a member of an expert advisory group David has contributed to the drafting of the National Occupational Standards for Security Consultants. He has also had a number of articles and guides published and has given evidence as an Expert Witness at the High Court.

David holds an MSc in Security Management and is a qualified trainer in a number of Security disciplines.

Keeva Gilchrist BA (Hons)

As Learning and Development Manager, Keeva is involved in all aspects of training. From course design through to assessment verification, Keeva works closely with leading awarding bodies and trainers, and provides tutor assistance to learners.  Keeva holds a BA (hons) in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Stirling.

Charlie Swanson MSc, PG Dip, FSyI, CSyP, SIRM

During a full career in the Royal Military Police, Charlie had extensive operational experience in hostile environments within Europe, the Middle East and the USA, developing key specialist security skills. Charlie has since enhanced these skills within a commercial environment in the manned guarding sector and as a security consultant and trainer.

Charlie is a Chartered Security Professional, who’s specialist skills include electronic security systems, quality management systems ISO 9000 auditing, risk, crisis, and disaster management, anticipated risk based management, counter terrorist risk surveying and physical security surveys.

Megan Squire

Overseeing all course coordination, Megan is the initial point of contact for all students with queries, whilst undertaking a Perpetuity course.

Kim Ellerton

With responsibility for Business Development at Perpetuity Training, Kim is the face of Perpetuity at many events throughout the year and takes the lead in discussing with clients how best Perpetuity may assist in providing first class training to their staff.
