This course will be of immediate benefit to those working as security managers or those seeking to make a career in security management with an inclination to crisis management.  The course is designed for professionals by professionals and is intended to introduce and develop security management to the highest levels.

Assessment Method

Throughout the course learners will build a portfolio of work which will form the basis of a written assignment to be completed post course.  Learners will also take part in a 1-1 session with the tutor at the close of the course and this, combined with the written assignment forms the basis of the BTEC accreditation assessment.

Course Fee Per Person:  £1,095 plus VAT

Learners are provided with all course materials, lunch and refreshments during the course.

Accommodation is not provided, however special rates are available to our learners at the venue.

This course is eligible for ELCAS funding.

Directions by road: From Junction 21 of the M1 take the Leicester outer ring road (A563 Soar Valley Way, Attlee Way, Asquith Way, Palmeston Way to the A6 (5 miles) heading south.

 At the A6 roundabout (Leicester racecourse to your right)  turn left towards Leicester, drive down London Road (two miles), after having crossed a small roundabout and travelled past Victoria Park on your left, cross the next two sets of traffic lights, then turn left into De Montfort Street.

Large free on-site car park: 70 spaces

Directions from the Station: From Leicester Station turn left up London Road, proceed 50 yards and cross the road at the traffic lights. Carry on up London Road (approx 30 yards) to De Montfort Street where you turn right. The hotel is 100 yards on your left.
